This product does exactly what it advertises. It heats the pool and is quiet and efficient. The company was a pleasure to deal with, and delivery was in 2 days. Highly recommended.

1This is a dud!
By Norm Carlson
This has failed twice in two years and Pentair told me I should just buy a new one. They do not service the product even when the defect is theirs. You will have to pay for a licensed plumber to call them while onsite before they will even discuss parts replacements. Then you have to pay for the plumber a second time to install the parts. Now the heat exchanger went out. I called Pentair and after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come on the line, they recommended that I just throw that one away and that the parts would cost more than the original product. Stay away from Pentair!

I received this pool heater from In The Swim. It came in damaged. I have ordered numerous other products from In The Swim and they have come in defective or damaged conditions.
