We received this model only to find out that there is no relay included, which is strange since it costs more than the units that come with relays. Instillation is difficult despite using a specialist to do the instillation. The illustrations in the instillation/user's guide are not sufficient enough. Perhaps the company should invest in providing a larger 8x11 depiction of the wires, relay and how everything connects so all components are on and controlled by the timer. Unless you designed the unit and have insider information regarding the instillation, I would recommend another vendor.
